It’s actually amazing how the 2020 Biden win was the perfect setup for Trump to get the term he really wanted. Had Trump won in 2020, he and the GOP would be in utter shambles right now and 2024 would have been a landslide for whoever the Dem candidate was, and there’s a good chance the world would look better than it does now too
Exactly, if he won in 2020 we’d be done with him forever in less than 2 weeks. But now we’re stuck with him for 4 more years (if he leaves office at all) and he’s even more unhinged than he was the first time.
It feels like a nightmare that I was 29 when he took office and I’ll be 42 if he leaves office in 2028.
