This will be interesting. Sorry to our American neighbours who we don’t want to hurt. Trump supporters can go freeze in hell though.

    RIP my electricity bill.

    But good on ya, Canada.

I find it a bit weird to have some view align with Ford though. IIRC he wants to build a tunnel under the 401….

I feel weird about it too. But in a weird way Doug Ford sometimes really does intend to do the right thing. When COVID hit, I will give him a millionth of a point that he actually did seem to want to be supportive, he was giving people who got laid off his phone number to call him anytime, and was quite emotional about it. It’s a shame he’s from such an unethical background and party, if he were ethical and wanted to be progressive, I think he actually could have impact. He’s not really a conservative, he’s just a brand for them. For some reason I hate him a tiny bit less than Mike Harris.

Now start turning it off for 5min of every hour, it’ll be annoying AF, but would be better than a blackout as they can still get their fox news for the other 55min in an hour (and heat for their house)

I don’t think he should do it. The US is just itching for a reason to be a victim here. Don’t play the game, Doug! Retaliation gets the penalty.

Poor guy is so hurt that he’s visibly holding back tears when he talks about this stuff.

The US is just itching for a reason to be a victim here.

If they honestly want that, and we don’t give them a reason, Trump will just go ahead and fabricate one. Again.

Trump has been fabricating victim stories since the start of this whole saga - trade deficit, fentanyl are both not actually problems big enough to warrant his actions, but were provided as the reasons.

You punch me in the face, expect the same in return. Don’t punch me in the face, then turn into a whiny little spoiled brat baby when I do it back. Bullies get beat, that is how this works. He is a liar, a convicted felon, and has been this way since the 80s. We try to be nice, your thug thinks it is weakness, since bone spurs never did his DUTY of military service I doubt he knows ANYTHING about our history

Beats turning it off. I feel like this is escalation, which we probably don’t want, but hey, what’s the worst that’ll happen?
