Japan’s changed in the last few years. Chain restaurants there’s a separate air tight smoking room or you can’t smoke indoors at all. Local places might allow it but I feel like I don’t see it much even then. The only places left that have it seem to be bars or izakayas.
Not sure why these articles are only coming out now. My work bought me a win11 computer a few months ago and I was surprised to learn that the first few things I downloaded to the desktop showed up on my one drive. I don’t really use the account I have on it for much, and it was easy enough to turn off in settings but it was still a shock.
Just another invasion of privacy by a giant corpo that none of its users asked for
I still use my s10e every day on my commute with the headphone jack plugged into a radio tuner so I can listen to podcasts
What’s it look like without wax?
Did they ever fix the issue that an American teen used a hilariously bad interpretation of the Scots language to write thousands of articles on the Scots wiki?

The Onion’s on fire these days
Al should run again.
He’s got a pretty good podcast btw. Always jokes that each guest that comes on makes that particular show “a good one, for a change.”
Behind the Bastards did Stockton Rush
Carnac
I never watched Carson but then I found out about art fern a couple years ago. Looks like I’ve got another set of sketches to look up now
The fire truck’s not a kei-- keis have yellow plates
My fellow Earthicans!
I guess for the basic stuff I do when I’ve had programs crash I’ve never seen it do anything, but nice to know it’s not completely useless
Even without all the invasion of privacy implications, I’m skeptical it would even work. Source: 20 years of “Windows is checking for a solution to the problem” that has never worked even once.
I used to use a website where you could send a postcard to a randomly assigned address of another site member on there, and in return you’d get a postcard back from a different random member. One time I wrote the address too close to the stamp area so I could only fit one stamp up there, and had to put the remaining stamp postage at the bottom, and then I dropped it in a mailbox in town somewhere.
Japan Post missed the extra stamps at the bottom and so returned it to my house, despite it being a postcard with no return address to a random country I had no connection to. I lived in the boonies so there weren’t a lot of foreigners in town, but there were definitely at least a few others.
Well, it’d be more like “the 2nd was a proxy conflict over a figurehead after news networks were coopted by conservative billionaires and used for 30+ years to sow seeds of stochastic terrorism after laws regarding lying on TV were eliminated.”
Gotta love a 3.5+ hr podcast. Sounds like the time the Some More News folks did a “brief” look at Jordan Peterson for 3 hours. Good thing I commute 2 hrs a day and listen at 2.5 speed.
I don’t really understand how channels like these crank out so much content. I wrote a lot of essays in college but I think producing 20000 words every week would just about kill me.
pls enjoy some cyriak
