    The normal animation production process has no deleted scenes. It’s always cheaper to edit in storyboarding.

    Deleted scenes shouldn’t have an effect on the final budget…. If they spent money making things that need to be cut they should just cut it regardless and make it a better creative piece. Sorry you had bad pre-production?

      It still costs money to pay everyone for time spent on content, regardless if it’s used or not.
