That would presume capitalism was not already just another term for neo feudalism

Capitalism has always had neofeudalist elements. Neofeudalism isn’t replacing capitalism, it’s a feature of capitalism when it’s badly managed.

So what they’re saying is that we need a new, worse plague to even the playing field? Because that’s what it took to break the medieval period and let the Renaissance kick in.
