What happened to the super rich people from USSR when it collapsed?
There weren’t really many super rich people in the USSR. There were people with a lot of influence and power, who had nicer houses, better food, clothes, etc. but very few had a tons of money stashed away. You have to remember that Stalin and many of his followers viewed capitalism as the root of all evil and would imprison or kill rich people.
And many of those influential people used that power after the fall to become super rich by snapping up former state assets. Which is seemingly part of their current goal in the US: Isolate the country and destroy government assets to privatize them. Literally trying to recreate the situation that created the 90s Russian oligarchs.
They literally bought the country from everybody else for scraps.
Probably took extended vacations to Montenegro or similar.

What comes next is Trump will go nuts and start walking around naked and MAGAts will celebrate by doing the same.

You know what happens. Absolute fucking chaos followed by militias and what’s left of the US government tearing up the US like puzzle pieces. Millions will die if they don’t commit suicide first.
