That’s nonsense, cars will always be useful in both rural areas and cities. Goods and services must be delivered to their destinations at a scale and granularity that trains and bikes simply can’t attain. Your whole anti-car movement amounts to tilting at windmills.
The vast majority of cars on the road are not delivery vehicles, bringing them up is irrelevant. The point is not “literally zero motorized road vehicles should enter city limits”
I mean, the idea is that we also change our logistics and infrastructure. We’ve done that before, and trains did come before cars. Personally I don’t think we’ll get rid of cars entirely, but we can certainly reduce the amount we use if we make some sensible changes.
