    I think you have to take your citizens back. Eg Venezuela has to take back their Venezuelan citizen.

    But yes there’s going to be a huge problem proving or accepting they are Venezuelan. I don’t know how much paperwork they brought with them.

      Extradition treaties have to be negotiated. You can’t just stick 50,000 people on a bunch of airplanes to Caracas and drop them off.

        Maybe not at this scale, but Republicans have already been bussing and flying people for a while now. Martha’s Vineyard ring any bells. This isn’t extradition, it’s deportation. They just just want these people out of their hometowns.

        Extradition is if you commit a crime and flee to a different country, the first country can demand the second country send them back to stand trial. Sorry you have your terms mixed up.
