You’re job is more important, IMHO. However, we shouldn’t be putting down the victories of others. They work hard, and not that often. It’s a dangerous sport that only exists for men to drool over. They deserve the raise they got.
And you deserve a much needed pay increase as well. It may feel unfair that they got it before you, but they worked very hard towards getting that pay raise. If I had to wager a bet, I would make the assumption that you haven’t.

I actually change my mind. Everyone you work with deserves a pay raise, not you. They have to be really at self peace to work with you and not eat lead when they get home.

I push people in wheelchairs that are sometimes 600lbs each, two at time, for 16 hours a day, 6 days a week.
You couldn’t last an hour doing what I do before you tore muscles, or pulled your back. But you want to say I don’t work hard?
