    No, it’s not on you, its on me. I just thought there was no way this person was going to show up this election and I thought it of a lot of people. I held on to that even knowing most people’s votes are made insignificant by the electoral college. The only lesson I learned is just to trust other people’s judgment and I don’t have the answer. So I just have to trust someone else might. Or just generally there is more goodness in the world then mindless hate.

      I still think there is more good in the world than hate, but money corrupts and the US government has openly encouraged bribery since Citizens United. We need to demand better, and I focus my energy on demanding that from Dems since the GOP is clearly not only going to ignore us but revel in our suffering. Idk, the arc of the universe is long and bends towards justice or whatever, but I think it’s about to get real grim around here so hopefully we all come out of it on the other end.
