Sort of unrelated but what does EM POC stand for?
Ethnic minorities and people of colour.

PoC is pretty standard.
But I think EM is so they can gatekeep who is a minority and who’s not, such as Ughyurs. I’ve seen tankies argue that Ughyurs and Mongelians are actually colonisers, so it’s okay if China puts them in detention camps.
