A stranger looking up your, not publicly displayed, home adress and then showing up at your door, for whatever reason they think they have, is beyond suspicious.

Whatever happened after that is a different matter ofcourse.

… but why? Does it contain secret intelligence data? Nudes of the people attending the con in the movie? Why would I want these files?

And what are the “criminal attacks”?

This is all very vague and not in a way that gets my sympathy or further interest.
