To be fair, Mika Aaltola is known in Finland as a noted populist and doomsayer that has a flair for the dramatic. His foreign policy predictions have also been pretty much all wrong since before the start of war in Ukraine.

Tried it with a Nvidia card. The graphics were oddly blurry and grainy, especially anything in shadows, no matter the settings. Couldnt get past that. I’m not going to play potentially dozens of hours of nausea simulator.

This update introduced a lot bugs and broke the currently going on Expedition for many players. Oh well, at least I can find something else to play now.

I’d fund a tv series about Rendevouz with Rama -book series. Yes, the whole series, even the crappy, goofy books not written by Clarke. Though I’d probably try to tone down the incest that goes on in some of those sequels.

Niven in general is an excellent writer and a great worldbuilder, I highly recommend pretty much all of his works.

There’s also a Larry Niven sci fi novel that sort of revolves around potassium in many points of the story. I really like it, I’ve re-read it a few times.
