Except that the printer paper runs out very quickly, so this is pointless.

Noobnarski@lemmy.worldto NonCredibleDefense@sh.itjust.works•low effort post todayEnglish1·12 days agoWow, I wish I was allowed to fly this high with my drone, it must make for very nice images.
But we are only allowed to fly 120m high without special exemptions and I can understand why.

I guess this might actually work with monopropellants.
Yeah, I’d probably try to awake her first, if that is impossible, turn her around so if she pukes she doesn’t suffocate and then call an ambulance.
Here in Germany we don’t go out of a hospital with any medical debt, so I wouldn’t be doing her a disservice.

Yes, I know how entitled some people in the US can be. Don’t get me wrong, we also have some of those here but the entitled people in the US are on a different league. I visited the US once and we experienced the first entitled person before even getting through security.
I guess here in Germany we don’t have quite the same mentality that the business needs to help pack your stuff, we also don’t have grocery baggers (or door greeters).
Yes it would kill you if it were to flow through you, but it is very low for a power strip, especially one with so many sockets.
In the US you help people load stuff? I don’t think I have ever seen employees help someone load stuff here in Germany, apart from when someone bought a whole garden house or other stuff that isn’t on the shelves in the first place, but in the warehouse in the back, so they had to bring it out anyway.
I think some employees probably help if they feel like it, but only when you are nice. If you asked them to load a bag of mulch they would probably just say “good luck with loading it yourselves” 😂
Also if the difficult customers go and take their business elsewhere that means that mostly nice customers remain, so that’s nice.
Noobnarski@lemmy.worldto World News@lemmy.world•‘I don’t date at all now’: one woman’s journey into the darkest corners of the manosphereEnglish2·1 month agoI have no problem if other men share pictures of their dicks on public forums where that is expected.
But sharing a naked photo of someone without their consent is not OK and messed up.
I try to not get mad at people who say stuff like this, it’s just not worth it.
Instead I try to really confuse them by giving them some strange answer, it’s usually funny.
Noobnarski@lemmy.worldto World News@lemmy.world•China considers nuclear plant on the MoonEnglish21·2 months agoIt depends where you are on the moon, if you are not on the poles you will have almost 15 days of darkness.
Sure, solar panels are also a good option, but nuclear makes more sense in space than it does on earth, since costs to transport stuff into space are much higher, probably even higher than the power plant itself. So it makes sense to use the fuel with the highest power density.
And it’s not that big of a deal if it breaks and spreads radioactivity, since you are exposed to lots of radioactivity on the moons surface anyway and the population will be much lower than here on earth.
That doesn’t mean that nuclear on the moon will always make sense, but it is less stupid than you might think. Building new nuclear power plants for power production on earth is stupid though imo.
If you buy the phone to use it ourself, doesn’t that mean that it is a personal item?

So that picture was most likely of his hands, and then someone added the MS13 to it.
That’s actually not unlikely, but the way china handles critical information we will never be sure.
I imagine they also have other false claims on there that are much worse though.
Its basically what I have except that I have rented the other room to a friend of mine.

He just wore dark prescription glasses due to an impairment that made him sensitive to bright lights.English1·2 months agoAs far as I understand it, he doesn’t even have that anymore, but now it has become a part of his look so he doesn’t change it.
I’m not going to pay to read that.
No, we don’t have any tariffs between countries in the EU for the most part, it’s one of the reasons the EU is so great.
Correct, if we go to a red dwarf star after a few minutes we would also percieve the light as white if it isn’t extremely red.
