Wow! If we put these systems everywhere, we’d be able to flesh out incredibly robust cycling infrastructure throughout Ontario in under a year.

Half-serious… but I don’t understand how speeding is a problem in the GTA.
Every time I head out, I’m stuck in traffic because of road construction, condo construction, rush hour congestion or just bad drivers.
I’d love to have enough space to actually do the speed limit one day.
In my (limited) experience driving in Toronto, I agree with you about congestion and speed. Except in the middle of the night, any time I’ve seen someone speeding in Toronto, they’re weaving between cars, making it even more important to enforce!
