insane how far i had to scroll to find this. my first thought was “yo a lot of instances are hosted in the US i’d hate for this power tripping admin to get those servers in trouble for content that isn’t theirs” but apparently everyone else’s first thought was “wow you must be a nazi for caring go die mad” :(

fortunately my admin has informed me they think my instance is safe but like that’s not a given for everyone! i think it’s fair to check in with your admins just to be safe
