        I mean yes, they wrote decisions on pieces of paper saying things the Trump admin did was illegal, but did that actually stop anything?

          They aren’t flying anyone out anyone unconvicted at the moment iirc. They snuck a few past to say precedent that’s how the law works, it’s flawed but this weird idealized system everyone seems to imagine just doesn’t exist.

          They’re actively working to get them back and trump is digging his administration huge holes to climb their way out of at the same time.

          Well no. They’re stopping the shit they can before it happens, just like every trial it’s slow and doesn’t particularly stop anything after it happens you can only stop what is or might be via injunction.
