I don’t know what’s so hard to grasp;
- immigrants are bad because they steal American jobs
- immigrants are good because exploitative industries can’t run without desperate, no-option workers
- immigrants are bad because they’re free loaders
- immigrants are good because they pay far more tax than they collect in benefits, illegal or legal
- immigrants are bad because they keep American wages down
- immigrants are good because they keep tech wages down so we should expand the visa programs tech companies lobbied for
As long as you know to which audience he’s speaking, corporate funders or everyone else, he’s been completely consistent.
