Hanging Chad and Photograph are okay, but in general you’ll be running High Card and not caring much about the card played since all your +MULTs will come from jokers. Better to have some scaling +MULT in one of those slots, then like Blueprint or the other copycat joker in the other.
+mult jokers generally fall off later in favour of Xmult, which photochad provides plenty of, at the expense of being vulnerable to debuffed face cards.
You can usually get more than enough +mult from planets and then pump Xmult in the joker slots
Yeah that’s my general go-to, just wondering if I could be doing better and these were some S-tier jokers that I’d completely overlooked because they don’t seem great at first glance. Glad to know I’m doing okay!

Photochad is one of the easiest high-value combos you can run in Balatro. Two commons for that much Xmult is beyond insane.
The rest of the jokers were kind of questionable. Blue joker falls off pretty early, and Supernova is a broadly mediocre pick.
Hologram can be pretty cool, but it’s far from my favourite Xmult joker, the deck bloat is very real with it
