Well the “how to spot a vegan” is just a shitty joke. And the first thing you linked doesn’t really seem like their much of a vegan. They’re doing it for health reasons it seems. So they’re just eating a plant based diet. And then you linked two reddit posts… lol. Do you know how much stuff on reddit is fake?
