Well, having just made pomodoro sauce from fresh tomatoes, according to this recipe from Marco Pierre White, and in it, he says the secret he was told is 50% fresh and 50% tinned. Yes pure AI slop sucks but the tech is a pretty nifty tool in certain situations.
